Anesthesiologist/Pain Management Physician opportunity in Lafayette, LA

• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Anesthesiology residency and Pain Management Fellowship candidate preferred
• Will work a wide case mix that includes orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, urology, and plastic surgery
• Inpatient and outpatient settings
• Call coverage is 1:6 as assigned - minimal home call and rare callbacks
• Income guarantee vs competitive base salary with the opportunity to each $600K and sign on bonus
• 7 weeks annual leave and retirement contributions
• 2 hours west of New Orleans, 3 hours to Houston, less than 1 hour to the Gulf and beaches
