Concierge FM/IM Physician needed in Long Island, New York

An established concierge group within Long Island, New York area has a need for a Family Medicine Physician

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
• Start around the Spring time of 2026
• 4+ years of office experience
• Schedule is Flexible based on candidate's needs, but general Office Hours 
• Offering Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Wellness Services 
• 100% outpatient
• Establishing and building up a new patient panel
• Call: varied on patients after hours request - cross coverage while on PTO or out of the Office 
• Base salary $250K - first year depending building patient panel and varies on sub-specialty skills
