A well-established FQHC in Orange County, IN very close to the Hoosier National Forest is seeking Family Medicine physician to join their team.

• Board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine 
• Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8a-5p
• Pediatric Call will be discussed on interview 
• Will see 16-20 PPD
• Will see all ages 
• Passion for the underserved
