• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Must have Full Practice Authority (FPA) to work independently in the state of IL
• Outpatient Family Practice setting
• Mon-Fri - 8:30a-4p
• No weekends or call
• Must see all ages
• Average 22 patients per day
• Must be willing to work with the underserved and a diverse patient population
