Family Practice NP or PA for an outpatient practice in the Palm Springs, CA area

Great opportunity in the Palm Springs, CA area for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work in an outpatient family practice setting. 

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Must have atleast 1+ yrs exp in Family Practice/Urgent Care
• Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid and able to start ASAP
• 5 locations and options within the Palm Springs region to choose from
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8 hour shifts - no call
• 3-4 patients per hour
• Scheduled and Walk In patients throughout day
• EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic
• Looking for mission driven providers to help the community in need
• $168-178K salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, $10K sign on, relocation, and loan repayment options available
