A well-respected healthcare facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in a Family Practice outpatient clinic setting near Macon, GA.

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• NO Call
• 100% outpatient
• Typically, see approx. 12-14 ppd
• Will see ages 18 months +
• Seeking candidates with at least 2-3+ years of Family Practice outpatient clinic experience, including chronic disease management
