Family Practice NP/PA outpatient opening about 35 mins from Rochester, NY

Well respected healthcare facility in Western NY about 35-40 mins from Rochester is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA to join their team. 

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time 40hrs a week M-F; Can be 4 (10's) or 5 days (8's)
• Saturday twice a quarter 9a-12p
• NO Call
• Typically approx. 20ppd (will give ramp-up time)
• Team orientated, family environment - providers all have been with the facility a long time
• Excellent leadership

• 110-135k salary Depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance & sign-on negotiable, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
