Large Family Practice group is growing throughout Florida and the Jacksonville area and is looking to hire a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for one of their clinics.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• Must be able to start ASAP - 45 days to credential
• Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - no weekends or call ever
• FL licensed and DEA required
• Value based care model - self pay and Florida Blue patients
• Diverse population
• 16-21 patients per day
• Full support staff on site
• EMR is eClinicalWorks (ECW)
