FP/IM Physician outpatient opening about 30 minutes from San Francisco near Hayward, CA

Great healthcare facility in the East Bay about 30 minutes from San Francisco near Hayward, CA is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team.

• Board-certified or eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Monday-Friday 8a-5pm, Saturdays are voluntary (not required); 4 hours admin time if FTE
• Open to full or part-time (very flexible on your preference)
• NO Call
• Typically see approximately 16 ppd (8hrs) - give ramp-up time for new providers
• All ages or ages seen
• Excellent clinical leadership 
• Family atmosphere and excellent employee retention
• Once a month, get together for all providers to bond and socialize 
• Very Flexible: ie. If an employee has day care drop off/pick up responsibilities will be flexible on scheduling around those times
• Open to new grads
• EPIC EMR
• 1:2 ratio provider to MA's and 1:4 for APP's
• Quest lab onsite
• NHSCH Scholarship approved site
• Salary $230k - 295k depending on experience, 20k sign-on, full benefits, CME's, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
