FP/IM Physician outpatient opening in Cape Cod near Falmouth

Seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for a well-respected healthcare facility in Cape Cod near Falmouth. 

• Board Certified / Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Full-time, M-F 8 hours a day - will consider 4 x 10s
• Call 1 x every 3-4 months (phone)
• approx. 20 patients per day 
• Will see ages 12+
• EMR is EPIC
• Team integrated model of care many resources,  BH  staff, vision, pharmacy, dental, etc., opportunities to pursue interests WH, Derm, Urgent care along  the way. Leadership, etc.
• Beautiful coastal year round living is great here  1 hour Boston/Providence
