• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Start October 2026 for ongoing need
• PRN coverage based on facility needs
• General, cardiac, endo, EP, OR, and OB Anes coverage; no pediatric cases
• Possible for some CRNA supervision, some work done independently
• Active PA license, ACLS, recent case logs, clean malpractice history required
