Locums - General Anesthesiologist opportunity in central Illinois

Locums - A hospital is seeking a General Anesthesiologist for intermittent coverage in central Illinois.

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Start December 2026 or early 2027
• Intermittent coverage of one-week blocks, no set schedule
• Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; night call 3:30 PM–7:00 AM (30-min response required)
• General Anesthesia: General Surgery, GI, and GYN cases; no cardiac or pediatric cases
• Supervises 2–3 CRNAs; responsible for pre-op and post-op patient management
• EMR: Epic
• Active Illinois license or willingness to obtain required; DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, and recent case logs required
• Starting rate $350/hr, airfare, lodging, and travel reimbursement provided
