Locums - Interventional Cardiologist opportunity near Richmond, Virginia

Locums - A well-respected hospital located near Richmond, VA is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for inpatient and call coverage.

• Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist
• Coverage needed: May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 7a-5p onsite; weekday call 5p-7a; weekend call Fri 5p through Mon 7a
• Inpatient setting with call coverage and some rounding responsibilities
• Required procedures include PCI, cardiac catheterizations, coronary angiograms, angioplasty, atherectomy, carotid stenting, and vascular interventions
• Adult and Geriatric population
• EMR: Epic
• Active VA license, BLS, ACLS, NPDB self-query within the last 30 days, clean malpractice required
• Competitive hourly rate, travel, lodging, and malpractice provided
