• M-F 8a-5p
• Required procedures- Lumbar Puncture, Thrombolytic Therapy
• On site call required
• Trauma Level/Designation: II
• EMR: Epic
• Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
• Approx. 20 PPD
• Active SC license, DEA, BLS, NPDB self-query within the last 30 days, clean malpractice required
