Locums - Urgent PM&R Physician opportunity in northern Illinois

Locums - A well respected rehabilitation hospital is seeking a PM&R physician to assist with inpatient rehab coverage in northern Illinois.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Minimum of 3 consecutive shifts preferred; ideally 5 (20+ shifts total per month available)
• Approx. 20-25 ppd
• Duties include covering the inpatient rehab floor
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• EMR EPIC
• Active IL license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs required
• Clean background required for emergency privs
• Starting rate $300/hr dependent upon experience, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
