Outpatient Primary Care Physician opportunity in Elkhart County, IN

A well-established multi-specialty group in Elkhart County, IN is looking for a Primary Care Physician for their outpatient clinic.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Full-time 40 hours, permanent, Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• 100% outpatient
• FM will see all ages, IM will see 18+
• Will see 20+ PPD
• On-call by phone only (minimal)
• EMR is Athena
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians
• Well within proximity to major rivers, and a host of museums and local festivals such as the Elkhart Jazz 
  Festival, there is no shortage of cultural and outdoor activities.
