• Must Be Board Certified Pain Management or PM&R Physician
• Full-time permanent position
• 100% Outpatient 
• Standard office procedures, 
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.
• Shared on-call duties, will be discussed on the interview
• Will see ages 18+
• 18+ patients per day
• EMR - Allscripts Pro
