Palliative Care opportunity for an NP/PA Provider in the Northern Plains region of Missouri

Group located on a beautiful plains of in Northern Missouri is seeking a Full-time Palliative Care NP/PA  

• Board Certified NP/PA
• Needs to be from Accredited School
• Schedule:  M-F and Weekends as needed 
• No call schedule at the present moment
• Geriatric Population 
• About 10-12 PPD for 30-45 minutes per visit 
• Seeking providers with experience, preferably with geriatric, palliative care, and/or hospice experience
• EMR- Epic
• Will be working with other Palliative Care APPs. 
• Salary Range: $110 - $140K
