Primary Care FP/IM Physician opportunity in NW Indiana

Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to work and live in Northern Indiana - Michigan City, Mishawaka, or Elkhart locations to choose from.

• Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine
• Join a busy and established outpatient practice 
• Mon-Fri schedule to be determined per location
• Call rotation but not with hospital - just in house, hardly any calls, and by phone only - to be discussed
• New Patients are 40 min and follow ups are 20 min
• You will join at least 12 other providers on staff - large busy offices
• Growing practices that needs another doctor!
