• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Locations to choose from - 1 hour from Albany, NY in beautiful Western MA
• Mon-Fri 40 hours a week with 1 in 8 call schedule
• 16-20 patients per day
• Outpatient primary care only
• Must have exp as NP to be considered
• EMR used is Athena
