A Well-respected group in Northwest Indiana has openings for Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team.

• Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician
• 2 locations available in NW Indiana 
• 30-45 mins from downtown Chicago 
• Mon-Fri 8-5; 40 hours a week. 
• On-call - varies from the location. 
• Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on location).
• 100% outpatient (may have options for IP).
• New grads will be considered.
