Primary Care clinic opportunity for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to work within a well-known Community Health Center in Northwest coastal California! 

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine  
• Schedule: full-time 40 hours a week 8a-5p Monday-Friday
• No weekends, no call
• 100% Outpatient
• FM-see all ages/IM-see ages 18+
• EMR used is Epic
• All experience levels welcome to apply 
• Multiple locations in the NW coastal CA area to choose from
